Prefer to collect your order? We offer free pickup at the following locations:

You will be notified by phone or email once your order is ready for collection.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on your region.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below:

• Return window: Items may be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Non-returnable items: Consumable products, items that have been used or damaged after delivery, and special-order items are not eligible for return.
• Refund process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
